How long does the whole process take?
Once you submit your registration and mileage online, one of our experts will personally review your details. If you upload photos, we aim to provide a tailored, no-obligation valuation within 2 hours during standard working hours. If you accept our offer, we will arrange a fast collection—typically within just a few days.
Do I need to bring the bike to you?
No, there’s no need to travel. If you are happy with our valuation, we will arrange a completely free countrywide collection directly from your home or workplace on a day that suits you (subject to availability).
What types of bikes do you buy?
We buy a wide range of second-hand motorcycles and scooters, catering to both learner and experienced riders. Because our team reviews every bike manually, we can actually take your modifications and upgrades into account to give you a fair price. Please note, our only restrictions are that we do not buy bikes over 15 years old or with more than 30,000 miles on the clock.
Can you settle my outstanding finance?
Absolutely. If your bike has remaining finance, simply provide us with a current settlement letter from your lender. We will pay off the finance company directly on your behalf, and any remaining balance (equity) will be transferred straight to your bank account.
When will I get paid?
You will be paid instantly. When our driver arrives on collection day, they will perform a quick final inspection of the bike and paperwork. Once everything looks good, we will process an instant bank transfer (BACS) to your account before we even leave your driveway.
Will you try to negotiate or chip away at the price upon arrival?
