New City Motorcycles are absolutely fantastic! I only just found out about them recently, wish I'd known about them sooner. Great selection of used bikes, all of them look spanking new, and really good prices! Part exchanged my old bike with them & it was so easy to do, no hassle at all.

First time using new city motorcycles and buy a bike on line. But I was easy! Very helpful and always keeping in contact about what was happening with the bike. Bike was delivered and it was perfect! Just needs my personal touch now.

I part exchanged my scooter here and upgraded to a 125cc bike. Unfortunately I had issues with the bike, but the guys at New City agreed a return and I upgraded again to a Royal Enfield which was dropped off yesterday.
The new bike is lovely, I had to man up having only recently passed my test! But Ben took the time to show me all the options in my price range and helped me make a choice that's well suited to me.
A big thanks to the team here for their assistance and professionalism. Only slight downside is no test rides,  but I totally get that due to the amount of test pilots about.
I'm looking forward to getting back on 2 wheels after the slightly strange start!🙂

Recently brought a bike from them , everything seemed easy , the guys was super friendly and if I had any issues it was sorted with speed , the guy I think was called Matt , was really friendly and polite and made us feel welcome and gave us some great advice. Got my first bike from these guys, service was amazing. Had to go back for my second one. Was after a specific aprilia, the guys got it in and let me know within 5 mins of chucking it on the website. Could not recommend enough.
