However, sometimes things go wrong and we don’t meet our usual high standards, and in these cases we want to make it as straightforward as possible to make a complaint.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
The best way to make a complaint is by email, however you can also phone or contact us by post. Please find all the relevant details below:

HOW WE WILL HANDLE YOUR COMPLAINT
Whether your complaint is made in writing or verbally, it will be referred to the Customer Service Team where one of our Customer Service Team Members will respond to your complaint.
- If the complaint also involves 3rd party companies such as finance companies, we will also make them aware of the complaint, please refer to customer documentation or speak to the sales manager for individual complaints procedure for companies we work with.
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days, however if the complaint remains open longer than this period, we will keep you updated with regular intervals.
- If the complaint is still open after 7 weeks, and if applicable, we can refer you to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
